Therapeutic Yoga - 30 minutes Involves assisted stretching, massage and additional therapeutic yoga adjustments performed by the yoga therapist. Also, specific yoga exercises recommended and taught for reducing pain and stress. Hide	30 minute	$25

Therapeutic Yoga - 50 minutes Involves assisted stretching, massage and additional therapeutic yoga adjustments performed by the yoga therapist. Also, specific yoga exercises recommended and taught for reducing pain and stress. Hide	60 minute	$45

Private Instructional Session - 1 hour 1 hour of instruction in the practice of yoga according to the student's individual needs. Program development for long term yoga practice available. Hide	60 minute	$68
